Day 1
Depart New York
Depart New York on Emirates non-stop overnight flight to
Dubai.
Day 2 Arrive Dubai
Arrive in Dubai late this evening where you will be met and
transferred to your hotel for the night.
Day 3 Dubai - B
Welcome to one of the most cosmopolitan and exciting cities
in the world! After a leisurely morning, enjoy a tour of
this ?City of Merchants.? You'll begin at the Jumeirah
mosque and then continue to the 150-year old Al Fahidi Fort,
where the Dubai Museum records the city's history. Continue
across the creek by abra - the traditional water taxi, where
you walk through the spice and gold souks.
Day 4 Dubai-Mahe - B
A very early morning flight from Dubai takes you to Mahe in
the Seychelles, where the remainder of the day is at
leisure.
Day 5 Mahe-Praslin - B
This morning, a ferry ride takes you to nearby Praslin, the
second largest of the islands in the Seychelles. Settle into
your hotel and enjoy a leisurely afternoon.
Day 6 Praslin - B
Today's full day tour takes you to the Vallee de Mai,
believed by many to be the site of the Garden of Eden. Then
be transported back in time when you take a boat trip to
nearby La Digue, the fourth largest island in the
Seychelles. Cars and trucks are replaced by bicycles and
ox-carts on this granite island. Return to Praslin later
this afternoon.
Day 7 Praslin - B
The day is at leisure to relax on the beach or explore on
your own.
Day 8 Praslin-Mahe - B
A ferry ride takes you back to Mahe, the largest of the
islands. Spend the afternoon at leisure or perhaps take an
optional private tour of the island.
Day 9 Mahe-Dubai - BD
This morning's scheduled flight takes you back to Dubai
where the afternoon is at leisure. Later this evening, the
mysterious desert beckons for a night of Arabian magic. Your
4WD vehicle takes you through the desert to a traditional
Bedu tent where a feast of grilled meats, fresh salads and
Arab sweets is served - while you are entertained by the
belly dancer swaying to Arabian music.
Day 10 Dubai-New York - B
Bid farewell to Dubai as you depart on this morning's flight
back to New York, arriving early afternoon. |
