Day 1
Buenos Aires
Upon reaching the Ezeiza International Airport, you will be
escorted by a Patagonia Calling representative to the
Sofitel Buenos Aires Hotel in the heart of Buenos Aires.
Once refreshed, you are invited to join a private tour of
the city*, relax at the hotel's heated swimming pool, or
explore the city on your own.
Overnight: Sofitel Buenos Aires
This gorgeous hotel provides first-class accommodations and
is located around some of the city ΄s best shopping, biggest
attractions and finest dining.
Day 2
(B,D) Buenos Aires/Villa Pehuenia
After an early breakfast, you will catch a short
flight to Neuquen. A short drive into the city will expose
you to one of Patagonia Argentina's largest cities. After a
relaxing lunch in Neuquen, you will be driven to Lago
Pulmari (Lake Pulmari) and checked into the Piedra Pintada
Resort. Many people say that it is during this first drive
through Patagonia when you really begin to realize that the
pictures do not do it justice. Once settled into your
expansive room, you will be invited to join a guided tour of
the facility followed by a traditional Patagonian welcome
dinner.

This rustic lodge was built in harmony with its natural
surroundings (constructed using wood and rocks found in the
area), yet offers visitors the luxury of a modern resort.
Day 3
(B,L,D) Villa Pehuenia
Today you will be taken on an excursion to Villa Pehuenia, a
small village settled in the Andes Mountains that has been
called the most beautiful place on Earth. Here, majestic
mountains, rich green forests, and sparkling waters converge
in a spectacular panorama spanning as far as you can see.
Not a single skyscraper, smokestack, or traffic jam has ever
been seen in these parts. In the afternoon you will return
to the resort where you can participate in activities such
as hiking and horseback riding or simply curl up with a book
in a hammock outside. Whatever you decide, make sure to
keep your eyes open for the 170 different bird species and
the numerous deer in the area. Dinner will once again be
served at the hotel and consists of a palate of rich
cuisines capable of warming you from the inside out.

Day 4
(B) Villa Pehuenia/San Martin de Los Andes
The staff of the Piedra Pintada Resort will be sad
to have you leave, but you will find the Ten Rivers & Ten
Lakes Lodge in San Martin de los Andes just as inviting.
Accommodating a maximum of only eight guests (four rooms),
this lodge is world-class; with privacy, peace, renowned
history and a beauty that will astound you. Dinner will be
on your own tonight, leaving you to explore the areas
amazing beauty.
Overnight: Ten Rivers & Ten Lakes
Located just outside the village of San Martin de los Andes,
this peaceful and secluded lodge is surrounded by the
untamed beauty of Lanin National Park.
Day 5
(B) San Martin de Los Andes
After a low-key breakfast you will be led on an
easy hike where there will be plenty of opportunities to
take some stunning photos. After lunch at the hotel, you are
invited to relax at the lodge.

Day 6 (B,L) San Martin de los Andes/San Carlos de
Bariloche
Today you will head to San Carlos de Bariloche located in
the heart of the Lake District. Before having lunch in the
quaint village of La Angostura, you will take the Seven
Lakes road which will bring you to waterfalls, caverns, and
face-to-face with the wildlife in the area. After arriving
in Bariloche, you will travel to Arelauquen Lodge, your home
for the next two nights. You will be immediately treated to
a variety of spa activities. Along with offering these spa
sessions, other activities such as sailing, mountain biking,
or hiking are also available.
Overnight: Arelauquen Lodge
Located just minutes from Bariloche in a nature reserve,
this five-star hotel also contains a golf course and spa.
Day 7
(B,L) San Carlos de Bariloche /Victoria Island
A half-day excursion on beautiful Lake Victoria Island will
be one that you will always remember. Fantastic views and an
amazing abundance of wildlife will enthrall you as you're
trekking, biking and horseback riding through the
wilderness. When you return to the lodge, refreshed and
ready to relax, you may want to spend some time in a warm
Jacuzzi, or read a book in the comfy lodge.

Day 8
(B,D) San Carlos de Bariloche/El Calafate
To begin the day you are free to explore the dense
Patagonian forests, or enjoy a leisurely morning exploring
or lounging around the resort. In the afternoon, a brief
flight will take you even farther south to a town called
Calafate. In this region of Patagonia, the mountains, lakes
and forests of the north combine with the bluish shine of
the icy southern glaciers to form a view unlike any you will
see anywhere else on the planet. Along your drive to the
intimate and extremely private Eolo Lodge, you will catch
glimpses of small cracks from the glaciers floating along
the Lago Argentino, which is a milky turquoise due to the
sediment brought on from glaciers melting. As you are
welcomed to this exquisite and exclusive resort, you will
have the chance to do some impressive stargazing from the
gathering area's powerful telescope.
Overnight: Eolo Lodge
A country lodge, comfortable and spacious like the ancient
Patagonian "estancias," with modern comforts.
Day 9
(B,L,D) El Calafate
Today after breakfast you will depart for an awe-inspiring
journey on the Perito Moreno Glacier. For those with an
adventurous flair, try your hand at glacier hiking. This is
a unique experience to lace crampons to your feet and walk
along the icy surface of this seemingly never-ending
glacier. For those simply wanting to enjoy the view, enjoy
some hiking and sight seeing of the glacier from the high
cliffs of the Los Glaciares National Park. A delicious boxed
lunch will be ready for you at the glacier. After your
adventure, you will be escorted back to Eolo for some
enticing Patagonian fare.

Day 10
(B,L,D) El Calafate
After a restful, relaxing morning you have a full
day to enjoy activities at the lodge. Strategically located
with Lake Argentino to the north, La Anita Valley to the
east, and the Torres del Paine to the south, there is
endless opportunity for adventure and relaxation. At the end
of the day, enjoy yet another gourmet dinner and wine
tasting at the lodge.

Day 11
(B,D) El Calafate/Buenos Aires
Following an early breakfast, you will catch a flight back
to Buenos Aires where you will once again be staying at the
Sofitel Buenos Aires. Unlike your first stay in this
enchanting city, you will be given more time to explore and
enjoy what it has to offer. Optional city tours will take
you to both historical monuments such as the Casa Rosada and
cultural landmarks such as the Teatro Colon. In the evening
you are invited to dinner and a tango show at the Piazzolla
Tango.
Overnight: Sofitel Buenos Aires
Day 12
(B) Buenos Aires
Enjoy your last day in the city finishing shopping, sipping
cappuccino at a small cafι, taking one last stroll through
the many nearby plazas or going to any museum you missed but
wanted to see before you depart for home. A few hours
before your flight back to the States, your Patagonia
Calling representative will return you to the international
airport.
