Day 1 Arrival in Bangkok
Upon arrival in Bangkok, you will be met & greeted by our local guide at
the airport and transferred to your hotel for check-in.
Day 2 Bangkok
Morning: Thonburi Klongs (canals) & Grand Palace
This morning, we visit the Grand Palace, comprising the Funeral Palace,
the Reception Palace, the Throne Hall, the Coronation Hall, the Royal
Guest House, and the beautiful Emerald Buddha Temple (Wat Phra Kaew).
Then we will travel by longtail boat through the klongs to see the
family homes, temples and way of life, which gives this city the name
“Venice of the East”. Stop at the Temple of Dawn (Wat Arun) whose 79m
spire has become a symbol Bangkok. There will be time for taking photos!
Afternoon: Visit Jim Thompson House
This afternnon, we'll enjoy lunch at Jim Thompson House. After
lunch, visit Jim Thompson’s magnificent Thai-style house which contains
a collection of art objects and antiques. In additional to the Museum,
relax with a cup of coffee in the stylish café or browse through the
wonderful collection of silk products. It is a relaxing escape from the
bustling streets of Bangkok.
Time permitting we will also visit Suan Pakkad Palace Museum formerly a
private residence of the Princess. View her collection of antiquities.
Most of the pavilions are open and are simply decorated.
Evening: Dinner cruise on board the “Manohra”
Enjoy a uniquely Thai Cuisine in an exotic setting whilst cruising
aboard the ‘Manohra’, a beautifully restored rice barge, on the historic
Chao Phraya River, as you pass the famous “River of Kings” landmarks as
Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn) and the Grand Palace.

Day 3 BANGKOK
Morning at leisure.
Afternoon: enjoy shopping at Central World Plaza
There used to be a very large shopping complex at Rajaprasong
Intersection called World Trade Center. A few years back the property
was acquired by the Central Group, the largest developer of department
stores in Thailand. While World Trade Center was quite an adequate name,
the shopping complex was renamed Central World Plaza, and lately seems
to go under the abbreviated name Central World.
Evening: Dinner at Sirocco Restaurant
This spectacular restaurant is located on 63rd story of Bangkok landmark
building with Greco-Roman architectural design. The gold dome brings
about both the glamour and the midst of classical of the Roman Empire.
Sirocco consisting in ninth parts including sky bar, open to the highest
sky of Bangkok. The champagne bar "Flute", Whiskey bar distilled, Oyster
bar, and an Italian restaurant with a wine cellar. The food is fabulous
and you can choose from one of the largest wine collection from 20,000
bottles. The cooking is superb and of course with to the Thai
philosophical of cooking therefore contains all 5 flavors in all dishes.

Day 4 Bangkok
Late this morning, we will be transferred to Bangkok Airport for your flight
home. If your flight departs late evening, you'll be treated to some
last minute shopping.
