Depart New York
Depart New York on Emirates non-stop overnight flight to
Dubai.
Day 2 Arrive Dubai
Arrive in Dubai late this evening where you will be met and
transferred to your hotel for the night.
Day 3 Dubai - B
Welcome to one of the most cosmopolitan and exciting cities
in the world! After a leisurely morning, enjoy a tour of
this "City of Merchants." You'll begin at the Jumeirah
mosque and then continue to the 150-year old Al Fahidi Fort,
where the Dubai Museum records the city's history. Continue
across the creek by abra - the traditional water taxi, where
you walk through the spice and gold souks.

Day 4 Dubai - BD
This morning, travel to Sharjah and Ajman. You will pass
Sharjah's spectacular King Faisal Mosque, Al Ittihad
Monument and the Ruler's Palace enroute to Ajman's museum
housed in an ancient fort. On the way back to Dubai, you'll
stop at Majarrah Souk, Al Arsah Souk and the Blue Souk -
where more than 600 shops will tempt you with their goods.
Later this evening, the mysterious desert beckons for a
night of Arabian magic. Your 4WD vehicle takes you through
the desert to a traditional Bedu tent where a feast of
grilled meats, fresh salads and Arab sweets is served -
while you are entertained by the belly dancer swaying to
Arabian music.
Day 5 Dubai-Mauritius - B
The day is at leisure until your late evening overnight
flight to Port Louis in Mauritius.
Day 6 Arrive Mauritius - BD
Upon arrival in Mauritius this morning, you will be met and
transferred to your hotel where the remainder of the day is
at leisure.

Day 7 Mauritius - BD
Welcome to the island paradise of Mauritius! You'll get
a feel for the island and it's history on this morning's
half day tour. You'll begin with a short drive around the
capital of Port Louis before you visit the Miraj and Caudan
Waterfront. The highlight of the morning is a visit to the
Pamplemousses Gardens, the oldest botanical gardens of the
southern hemisphere.

Day 8 Mauritius - BD
Explore the scenic spots of the southern part of Mauritius
in today's full day tour focused on nature. You'll visit the
extinct crater of Trou aux Cerfs, the sacred lake of Grand
Bassin and marvel at the breathtaking Black River Gorges.
Enjoy lunch at a hunting lodge overlooking the Gorges before
you visit the Mauritius Glass Gallery for an inside look at
the original method of recycling glass. Bird lovers will
enjoy the last stop of the day at the Casela Nature and
Leisure Park which boasts more than 140 varieties of birds
from five continents.
Day 9 Mauritius - BD
The day is at leisure to relax on the beach or explore on
your own.
Day 10 Mauritius - BD
Relax on the beach today or perhaps take advantage of some
of Mauritius? shopping bargains.
Day 11 Mauritius-Depart - B
Relax on your last day in Mauritius. Late this evening,
depart on the overnight flight to Dubai.
Day 12 Dubai-New York
Arrive in Dubai early this morning, where you connect to the
flight back to New York, arriving early this afternoon. |
